Disclaimer

Even though many customers report immediate pain relief, this may not be the case for you. It may take longer to get rid of your tennis elbow / golfer's elbow and of course the Masalo sleeve may not help you. Epicondylitis is a medical problem and medical issues are always individual. The healing process is different for everyone and depends on many factors. For legal reasons alone, we cannot and must not give a healing guarantee. Good recovery!

It took time, but it worked

February 7, 2013

Dear Mr. Röder,

It has taken me a long time to get back to you, but my problems were more complex. At first, the cuff didn't help me much. The cause was hardening in the forearm muscles, which had led to a shortening and thus permanent tension on the muscle insertion, with corresponding permanent irritation. After the musclewas "softened" again through manual therapy andmassages, the discomfort eased considerably within 4 weeks with the help of the splint.

Yours sincerely,

Dr. A. Liebenau

Now, after only 4 days, the pain is barely noticeable

February 1, 2013

Dear Mr. Röder,

I am also pleasantly surprised at the effect this sleeve has had after just a few days. I've had tennis elbow since August last year and thought that the pain would go away on its own at some point. So I stopped playing tennis completely, but there was no improvement.

Now, after only 4 days, the pain can hardly be felt. A small stinging sensation in the elbow indicates the healing process. I will probably start playing tennis again in 2 weeks and recommend the cuff to my team.

With best regards from the neighboring village

I am totally enthusiastic about your invention

December 28, 2012

Dear Mr. Röder,

First of all, I would like to thank you once again for sending me the second support so quickly. I have now decided on the size M after all. I have been wearing it day and night since last Saturday. Although not many days have passed, I can already say that I havenoticed a significant reduction in the pain in my elbow. I have had tennis elbow pain for about 10 weeks and no ointment has been able to bring about any real improvement.

I am totally enthusiastic about your invention and hope that many more people find out about it, because it really helps. It's an ingenious idea that makes sense and has a comprehensible effect.

You are welcome to publish my lines.

I wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and all the best for the New Year 2013.

With kind regards

What a useful invention

December 13, 2012

Hello Mr. Röder,

Thank you for the good advice on the phone and the speedy, unbureaucratic delivery of the cuff. I'm thrilled, for the first time in weeks I'm almost pain-free, at least in phases, and life is fun again. My elbow can finally recover and the tendon insertions have a chance to heal. 😀 The end isin sight! What a useful invention.

Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for this great invention!!!!

December 13, 2012

Good morning Mr. Röder,

Thank you very much for this great invention!!!! I have been wearing your cuff for just over 4 weeks now - the result: for the first time in a long time I can lift a milk carton again.

At first I put the cuff on too loosely because I was afraid my arm would die, but after a short period of getting used to itand your great help by email, it worked perfectly. I initially wore it day and night - now only during the day when I'm on duty (I sit at the computer all day). My symptoms have improved enormously. All the ointments and creams didn't do what they promised-YES!

I wish you a wonderful Christmas season, a great start to 2013 and lots and lots of satisfied customers.

Best regards

Answer from Masalo Cuff Switzerland

Dear Mrs. Veltman, I am very pleased about your feedback. Your report also shows that it sometimes takes some patience before success is achieved. Epicondylitis really does develop very individually and you can't see from the outside what the individual situation at the tendon insertions really is. It is the same with the adjustment of the cuff. Sometimes it needs to be a little tighter, while for others "loose" adjustment positions are completely sufficient. It is always important that the load is relieved and the countertraction can take hold. Another tip: I know from a customer who also has to work a lot at a PC that it can be helpful to "turn the cuff slightly outwards" during such activities. This provides greater relief when working with a bent arm. This adjustment was recommended by a physiotherapist and is very effective. Incidentally, I keep hearing that although tennis elbow/golf elbow is very irritating and hurts more when working on a PC, it is usually caused by previous overloading (moving house, gardening, etc.). Once it is there, these desk activities often promote a negative development. Now you have a cuff and you can use it at any time if it gets worse again. I hope that you will soon be able to forget the epicondylitis completely. Kind regards Harry Röder
