I have been wearing the cuff for 2 days and immediately felt an improvement.
I can use my hand/arm again without any significant discomfort. Before, I could barely lift a carton of milk without pain.
I was particularly pleased that my health insurance company covered the costs!

Dear Ms. Klöpping, thank you very much for your feedback. There are really very customer-friendly health insurance companies, I don't want to mention any names, but one of them is particularly service-oriented 🙂 However, you should know that the Masalo cuff does not yet have a so-called medical aid number. We are working together with professional support to have the support entered in the health insurance companies' list of medical aids. After that, it will no longer be a problem to obtain a prescription. However, it may take some time before the medical aid number is issued. I can only advise you not to simply have a prescription issued, but to talk to the health insurance company and, of course, the doctor treating you beforehand. Both should be clearly informed that no medical aid number is yet available. The health insurance company will tell you whether the costs will still be covered and how you should proceed. And that after just under 2 weeks. I can really only recommend this great "invention" to everyone and would also expressly advise you not to be too anxious when putting on and handling the cuff.... (they certainly don't send them back if they are really in pain).
My cuff is now really soft and smooth and I really like wearing it. Maybe I'll finish them off with a few studs...... because of styling..... 😉
I will recommend you and the cuff at any time and wish you every success with your great product ..... 🙂

For anyone with tennis elbow or golfers elbow, this brace is the answer to all your prayers. I can not thank masalo brace enough.
Im 38 and i live for golf. My doctors told me i have no chance of playing for atleast 18 months.
I played 18 holes after wearing this brace for 48hours. I have a heavy lifting job and I am back working full time because of this brace.
Without it I cant really do much at all.but with it I live a normal active lifestyle.
Anyone with this pain knows how bad it can get.
I would pay alot more for this product because its given me my life back.

I would also like to thank you for your great invention of the Masalo cuff. I ordered it from you about 3 months ago after no treatment prescribed by my doctor had worked. However, as Ihave to use my arm every day in my job as a train driver to couple and hose the trains, I decided to buy the cuff (after reading the positive comments here). What was there to lose? After ordering the wrong size (thanks again for the quick and uncomplicated exchange), I was finally able to test the great effect. It really was a relief to put the cuff on and feel a little less pain every day. I can now say that I no longer have any pain in my arm, but I still wear it as a preventative measure when I'm doing heavy work. This way, I can be sure to counteract another outbreak of pain.
