Even though many customers report immediate pain relief, this may not be the case for you. It may take longer to get rid of your tennis elbow / golfer's elbow and of course the Masalo sleeve may not help you. Epicondylitis is a medical problem and medical issues are always individual. Hello Mr. Röder,
I wanted to give you some feedback on the cuff.
I now only wear the cuff sporadically as the pain has greatly reduced.
I took your suggestions for changing the way I put on/wear the cuff into account and then there was an improvement.
Unfortunately, I couldn 't convince the orthopaedist I went to again to check the cuff.
Nevertheless, I wanted to leave you with the feedback that I very much appreciated your service as well as the improvement in my complaints as a result of the cuff.
I will probably continue to wear the cuff for a while in the hope that the remaining pain will resolve completely.

The M. cuff didn't work for me in the first few days. However, once I had found the right application point, I quickly felt a noticeable relief. After two weeks I was playing tennis again with all the different types of strokes.
I can only recommend it to all those affected by "tennis elbow",

I would like to thank you very much for how quickly you sent the cuff to me and how outstanding your customer service is.
I already noticed in advance how carefully you strive for the best customer satisfaction, how precisely you describe everything, and that you attach great importance to customer satisfactionand always point out the possibility of being able to return the product if something doesn't fit. Don't worry, that's not the case with me and I want to give the cuff a chance to relieve or heal the epicondylitis.
It was just important to me to thank you for the fact that even with the information provided, everything is designed to make you feel really well informed and nothing is "imposed" on you. The description was great, I've only been wearing them for an hour now, but I can already see how the tendon insertion is noticeably relieved during the previously painful movements. The leather still pinches a little at the edge of the upper arm loop, but even that is exactly what you described, that the leather generally becomes softer and adapts over time.
Thank you for this unique customer service, I think this is the first time in my 41 years that I have explicitly thanked a supplier for their exceptionally careful customer service.

It really does us good and is very encouraging when customers are pleased and even thank us for doing everything in our power to defeat the troublesome epicondylitis. This also means that we are there for our customers. Our aim is not to sell as many supports as possible, but to help as many people as possible in an often hopeless situation, the rest comes naturally 🙂 Unfortunately, people often don't really read the information, which they should do if they want to get rid of their tennis elbow or golfer's elbow. This occasionally leads to application errors, which means that the support cannot work. If a customer then contacts us, we can fix it and find a solution. It's always down to little things. Hello, I spent almost the whole of 2015 with pain and visits to the doctor and out of desperation I searched the internet for a solution to treat my tennis elbow. I bought the sleeve and noticed an improvement after just 2 days. At the beginning I also wore it at night because I couldn't sleep because of the pain. Now I only wear it when I'm working hard and at the gym. They are really worth every euro. Incidentally, I also tried to get the costs reimbursed by IKK classic. But unfortunately they don't pay for aids that really help. I have 2 other braces at home that didn't help and were paid for. Thanks to the inventor and manufacturer .;-) 🙂 :-
