Excessive arm training again
The cuff has now been in use for 3 months. In the beginning, everyday movements were hardly possible, but now I can go to the gym again and do a lot of arm training. My arm is not yet completely pain-free without the cuff, but I don't think that will be long in coming.
At first I had problems believing how tight andsnug the cuff actually had to be. But since I got into it - after advice from Mr. Röder - things have gone steadily uphill.

Worth every euro
I work in geriatric care and have been struggling with severe pain in my right arm for about 3-4 weeks. I saw the commercial on MDR by chance and thought, that's exactly your problem. Nevertheless, I first went to my family doctor, who diagnosed me with so-called "tennis elbow". I then ordered this cuff immediately, as it is not yet available from the health insurance company. After putting it on and about 3 hours had passed, I could notice how the severe pain had subsided. This cuff is worth every euro, I will be advertising it to my work colleagues!

Conclusion after five years of tennis elbow and now 15 hours of cuff use: hope is growing
First evaluation: The package arrived after two days, application worked well with instructions - and: The relief of the outer tendon was really noticeable immediately. After a few minutes I was lifting a weight with my arm stretched out without pain. The "first night" was good. I tightened the straps a little looser at night and a little tighter in the morning - that seems to work for me. Conclusion after five years of tennis elbow and now 15 hours of wearing a cuff: hope is growing - and this after a series of unsuccessful attempts at treatment. From cortisone to braces to alternatives. Maybe I've got it now.
Small miracle!
After more than 30 years in construction, I also developed "tennis elbow". At times I had pain that felt like a cigarette was being put out on my arm. After several treatments (injections, shock wave therapy and stretching exercises), I was seriously worried about my professional future. At first I was skeptical about the cuff as I had already tried a pulley which hardly helped. But after using the Masalo, the pain became less and less and just today I spent the whole day scraping ivy off a facade and had absolutely no discomfort. The cuff really is a small miracle!
