Disclaimer

Even though many customers report immediate pain relief, this may not be the case for you. It may take longer to get rid of your tennis elbow / golfer's elbow and of course the Masalo sleeve may not help you. Epicondylitis is a medical problem and medical issues are always individual. The healing process is different for everyone and depends on many factors. For legal reasons alone, we cannot and must not give a healing guarantee. Good recovery!

The only solution with immediate relief and pain relief!

April 12, 2023

I have 2 cuffs (left & right). Unfortunately, I had been fiddling with my inflammation for a long time. I tried various splints and cuffs. None of them had the desired effect. When I put on the Masalo cuff, I felt an immediate effect. Relief and pain relief!

I was able to successfully treat my "tennis elbow" within about two weeks. I was pleasantly surprisedthat it healed so quickly.

The splint is also suitable for prophylaxis during sport if you suspect or are prone to "tennis elbow".

This cuff is also my choice for similar diagnoses (always involve the doctor in the therapy).

I can recommend the cuff with full conviction. It is 100% worth the money! Anyone who knows the symptoms knows how long and arduous the treatment can be!

No more pain at last

March 16, 2023

I wear it day and night, it helps me a lot and I don't need to take any more tablets.

I'm glad that I have one - it's better than an operation. Thanks again that there is such a thing.

LG

It's really worth it

March 10, 2023

Since November 22 I've had this exhausting and annoying pain in my right arm. Today I finally had my doctor's appointment and lo and behold...tennis elbow.

The doctor gave me a prescription for painkillers, a therapeutic brace and a support. Having said that, I went to the medical supply store rather pessimistically because I tend to be impatient and don'talways try everything straight away, preferring to wait and see. Not today... summer is coming and I want to play badminton with the kids again.

So the nice employee put 2 braces on my arm. I was allowed to choose between 2 variations and 2 different co-payment classes. I found both braces unhelpful and uncomfortable. One co-payment was €6 and the other €25.

The employee noticed my dissatisfaction and got something else from the reserve. Yes, the additional payment is €65, but people treat yourselves to this support. It's simply mega. He put it on me and I was immediately relieved of the pain and it's not annoying like the other two braces.

Great, I'm finally looking forward to almost no pain. THANK YOU!!!!!

Answer from Masalo Cuff Switzerland

Dear Mrs. Le Donne,

Thank you very much for the nice experience report.

This is exactly how it should be, the cuff must really bring a clearly noticeable relief immediately after correct application, then it also works with the recovery. Here you will also find a very detailed application guide with "right / wrong" photos and the function test for tennis elbow:

Mooring aid (Click here)

And here aresome valuable tips on how to deal with epicondylitis so that it passes more quickly and damage is avoided:

Tips (Click here)

Please read this at your leisure, it can really help.

However, if you are unsure or have any questions, please feel free to contact our support team directly at support@masalo.ch. Please send us 2 photos of your arm with the brace on so that you can see everything from the wrist to the elbow, so we can always help you best.

What you write about yourself regarding impatience is a very common trait among us epicondylitis candidates - we are almost all impatient and often make the mistake of going full throttle again as soon as the pain has subsided.

However, this is not really ideal for the healing process. Please be patient, don't overdo it at work and with sport straight away, take it easy over the next few weeks and you'll get over it quicker.

Tendons take longer to heal because they are so-called bradytrophic tissue. In other words, tissue with few blood vessels and a low metabolism. This is why the doctor always says "at least 6-8 weeks" for tendon and ligament injuries...

I wish you all the best, a speedy recovery and lots of fun with badminton.

Best regards

Experience report Masalo support - rapid pain reduction and relief

February 23, 2023

We have now clinically tested the new epicondylitis support (Masalo cuff) several times with very good functional results.

On the one hand, it is very comfortable for the patient to wear, and on the other hand, pain reduction and relief of the muscle-tendon apparatus often occurs quite early on, which promotes consistent use.

Overall, I have theimpression that this is an innovative improvement on previous conservative therapy.

We will carry out further applications.

Remedy at last!

February 7, 2023

I initially had tennis elbow on the right after relatively intensive strength training and then came across the mesh cuff. My doctor didn't know about them, but I had them prescribed by my health insurance company with a private co-payment of €75.

What can I say....4 weeks without taking it off and then myright arm was finally at peace. The same thing has now caught up with me on the left side and as an old hand I knew immediately what to do.

It works, on the left as well as on the right, with a clear improvement after just one hour.

I can recommend this sleeve to everyone, and strength training is also working again. However, I have adjusted the workload a little here, but everything is fine again!

Sanitätshaus Volkery was very helpful in fitting and advising me!!!

Absolute top product.

Richard Schmidt

Answer from Masalo Cuff Switzerland

Hello Mr. Schmidt,

Thank you for your feedback, strength athletes in particular often struggle with epicondylitis (most of them with golfer's elbow, however), so the report is important for many.

You have done everything right. You should continue to train and use your arm as much as you can and as normally as possible.Movement is important for healing.

For fitness and strength training, it is better to use fewer weights for a while, but do more repetitions and train "cleanly". A wrist bandage is also advisable to stabilize the wrist a little but not immobilize it. This is because the movements through the wrist cause the main strain on the tendons at the elbow.

I recommend that you always have the supports with you in your sports bag and ideally also put them on prophylactically and wear wrist supports during training. This provides additional protection and prevents the problem from recurring. If you do overdo it and don't have the bandages on your arm, simply put them on again immediately and it will soon be forgotten ?

Thank you also for mentioning the Volkery medical supply store. It is always important to us that our partners' specialists fit our product correctly and advise the customer properly. It's great that everything worked out so well.

I hope you enjoy your sport and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to help you.

Best regards
